Complete Demolition and Renovation
We began by fully gutting the bathroom, removing outdated fixtures, drywall, and flooring. New drywall was then installed, taped, and textured to ensure a smooth transition with the existing finishes.
Shower Upgrade
A brand-new, luxurious shower was designed, featuring HYDRO-BLOK waterproofing for optimal durability. The walls are adorned with polished Alto Bianco 12×24 tiles, complemented by a Sentrel shower pan and upgraded fixtures, including a mixer and diverter valve for maximum functionality.
Vanity and Storage
To maximize style and storage, semi-custom Diamond Bryant Navy Shaker cabinetry was installed, paired with a sleek Carrara marble vanity top and backsplash. A matching built-in linen cabinet was added for added storage, enhancing the bathroom’s functionality while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
Flooring and Baseboards
We updated the flooring with Himalayan Quartz Matte 15×30 tiles, providing a beautiful and durable surface. Custom tile baseboards and grout in Cobblestone and Sea Salt finished the look, creating a seamless and elegant design.
Enhanced Electrical and Lighting
Modern electrical upgrades included recessed LED lighting, a proximity sensor switch, a dedicated electrical line, and outlets to support new features like towel warmers and mirror lighting.
Additional Features
To improve ventilation, we installed a new Title-24 compliant exhaust fan. A custom pony wall was built for privacy, topped with matching quartz to tie in the design. Plumbing fixtures such as the toilet, faucets, and sink were replaced, ensuring both efficiency and modern style.
Finishing Touches
The homeowner selected elegant bathroom accessories, which we installed with care to complete the look. Decorative tile trim and a 1/3 offset horizontal tile pattern added a sophisticated touch to the overall design.
